Health Care

The Company offers a competitive remuneration and welfare policies, commits to fully ensure legitimate benefits of employees under “Collective Labour Agreements”, Labor Laws and other regulations of the State

HR Policies

⇨ Realising that employees are valuable assets to the Company, STK establishes a comprehensive HR policies, with attractive remuneration scheme, training and promotion policies in order to attract and retain employees.
⇨ HR Policies: The human resource has been the most valuable asset of Century and the cornerstone for Century to achieve all the successes throughout the past 15 years as well as to continue “Long-term development & sustainability”. For that reason, we have been developing a comprehensive human resource policy, starting from performance-based evaluation to offering suitable training and career development plan as well as remuneration scheme for each individual. This system is aimed at encouraging our staffs to realize their potentials.More…

Work safety
Work safety is always in our top priorty.

⇨ In addition the issuance of the “Policy on health and occupational safety” which fully complies with the Vietnam’s Labor Code, Law on Trade Union, ILO treaties and social requirements of GRS-V3.0 standard in 2016, STK also issued “Chemical substances management procedure” and “Manual for toxic chemicals usage” as well as “Risk assessment guidance on occupational safety and product safety”, “Policy on fire and explosion prevention and fighting” in order to minimize risks for users and minimize the impact of toxic chemicals on environment. ⇨ The Company appoint some officer in charge of occupational safety who will be responsible for coordinating training plans, inspection and making periodically occupational safety reportsto submit to the government Agency.
⇨ In order to ensure the occupational safety, the Company only uses machines and equipment which met standards and conduct periodical inspection and maintainence seriously. Workers operating machines are equiped with protective devices such as earplugs, face masks, safety shoes, protection hats and gloves, etc. Depending on the position, workers wil be equiped different protective devices. Furthermore, the Company frequently organizes training courses on occupational safety to raise staffs’ awareness. The first-aid training program for workers is carried out once a year and workers attending the training program will be granted certificates.
⇨ As a result of strict compliance to work safety policies, the number of accidents in STK was low.

Working environment

Apart from safe and comfortable working environment, STK also built up a healty business culture so that employees can achieve the highest productivity and satisfaction.

⇨ The factories and offices are spaceous, airy, cool and well lighted with full facilities such as air conditioning system, pantry, common house for employees.

⇨ Every 3 months, the Company cooperates with the Environmental Technology and Hygiene and Occupational Safety Advisory Institution to conduct measurement of working environment indicators. The Company always meet Vietnam’s occupational safety and health standards regarding indicators such as concentration of dust, microclimate (temparature, humidity, wind speed ), lighting, noise, poison gas.

⇨ Employees are offered opportunity to work independently, to develop careers, to make feedbacks and share opinion as well as to be treated fairly and respectfully. In addition, team work and friendly attitude are alway encouraged in STK.

⇨ Moreover, the Company has clear policies and measures to prevent discrimination, sexual harassment and abusement.

Health Care

STK paid great attention to health care for its employees.

⇨ At the two factories of STK in Cu Chi and Trang Bang, the Company has medical rooms which meet the standard with one health officer in charge.

⇨ To ensure workers’ health, annually, the Company coordinates with Nhan Ai Polyclinic to conduct periodic health checkfor staffs and the Company also has special health check package for those employees who work in noisy areas.
