Mr. Dang Trieu Hoa – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Legal Representative
- He was one of the founder of STK since 2000 and played the important role to the forming process and development of STK. He has more than 20 years of experience in yarn and textile trading and manufacturing. He was the Director of Hoan A Trading & Services Co., Ltd and Viet Phu Trading & Services before founding STK.
- In the position of Managing Director, he takes the leading roles in determining visions & missions for the Company. He received the title “Outstanding Businessman of 2007” awarded by Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- Since April 09, 2025, Mr. Dang Trieu Hoa has resigned from Managing Director position.
Mdm. Dang My Linh – Vice chairwoman of the Board of Directors
- She is one of founders of STK. In addition to the role as STK’s Chairworman, she is General Director of Lien An Trading & Investment Joint Stock Company.
- Before founding STK, she has more than 10 years of experience, working at Worldtex Enterprise Co. Ltd. (Taiwan).
Mr. Dang Huong Cuong – Member of the Board of Directors
- He is one of founders of STK. Currently, he is the Director of P.A.N Pacific Co., Ltd. His company is mainly involved in yarn and textile business
Mdm. Cao Thi Que Anh – Member of the Board of Directors
- She joined the BODs of STK on 12/01/2015. Currently, she is the Director of Thuc Pham Xanh Company. Before that, she has many years of experience in business and finance in Poland and Vietnam.
Mr. Vo Quang Long – Member of the Board of Directors
- Mr. Vo Quang Long is the Managing Director of Huong Viet Consultant Investment JSC. – a Company’s major shareholder. He has taken positions of Chief Investment Officer at banks and enterprises.
Mr. Chen Che Jen – Member of the Board of Directors
- Mr. Chen is the independent BOD’s member of the Company. He has profound experiences in yarn, textile and garment industry.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huong – Member of the Board of Directors
- Mr. Huong is independent BOD member and he has much experience in finance and banking and financial risk management.
